Raising Achievement Plan and Self-evaluation Form

School Improvement Model

Each school in our trust will own its own Raising Achievement Plan (RAP) and self-evaluation form (SEF) which is completed by the Headteacher and senior leadership team.

In addition to the RAP each cluster leader will develop a Trust Support Plan (TSP) which will detail all of the additional support the school requires during the year in order to complement the school's improvement journey. The TSP will detail any internal deployments required for Lead Professionals and Specialist Leaders (see our team here) The support of these experts will then be received by schools during the year with the aim of supporting teacher/leader improvement and improved outcomes for children.

Team Around the School (TAS) meetings

All of the impact reporting from our school improvement work conducted during the year feeds into our 6 annual Team Around the School (TAS) meetings. TAS meetings take place each half term with Executive Headteachers, the trust executive team and visiting school Headteachers meeting to assess the improvement objectives of the school and wider challenges. At this point school improvement planning will be reassessed and new objectives set if required.
